Will my allergies and sinus problems be relieved by acupuncture?
I have had allergies all my life ( I am 21) and have given up hope with nasal sprays and taking pills. Will acupuncture help me? Also, what kinds of questions should I ask an acupuncturist to know if he/she is qualified?

in a word , yes - but there needs to be changes in life to assist the treatments . From my experience a combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine is the ideal situation for such conditions ( such as cang er san or Bimian )- most important is to see a qualified acupuncturist and they will (hopefully) so you and tell you how and why you condition has got to the place your at . i have had very good results , with this said they all take a while to resolve them self
As for qualifications in Australia they need to be with AACMA ( Australian acupuncture and Chinese medicine association) but in other countries you may need to check if they are with a similar associations
